Cricket Wireless is a subsidiary of AT&T Inc. The AT&T Prepaid Portfolio consist of Cricket Wireless and AT&T Prepaid. Based out of the Atlanta headquarters, ATTP focuses on supporting customers who are budget conscious and value no annual contracts. 

In August 2022, I joined the social and external communications/public relations teams. Committed to CSR and supporting Cricket's integrating marketing goals, my contributions include:​

 

 

 

 

Formerly, as a member of the Internal Communications team, I communicated and executed engaging employee events.

 

My contributions include: â€‹

  • Edited press releases, weekly employee newsletters, and ad alerts to ensure alignment with AT&T’s corporate communications stylistic guidelines and AP Style standards

  • Co-producer of video education vehicles designed to inform and engage employees around social and developmental topics; referred to as Green Couch Conversations episodes and Leadership Lounges

  • Partnered with IT to spearhead an intranet migration consisting of user-friendly interactive SharePoint sites tailored to 900+ employees featuring executive spotlights, Smile On Crew brand ambassadors, corporate news, DEI initiatives, and more

  • Collaborated with corporate communications and Global Marketing teams to execute 12+ internal in-person and virtual events (i.e., town halls and professional development series)

  • Developed 30+ infographics to increase engagement and promote the AT&T Prepaid Portfolio’s volunteerism efforts, leadership spotlights, company events, and town hall recaps

  • Catalyzed culture building efforts by managing 15 employee brand ambassadors known as the Smile On Crew – while writing 15 posts for a DEI blog series
